Ordering
When ordering, you agree to the prices stated and displayed on the page. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include 25% VAT. Payment and shipping charges are not included in the prices and will be specified during your purchase. Shipping fee within Sweden is SEK 69. To be able to order from us, you must be 18 years old. According to Swedish law, Born In Stockholm does not accept credit purchases under the age of 18. Born In Stockholm reserves the right to refuse or change your order in specific cases (for example if you have provided false personal data and/or have payment complaints). Born In Stockholm reserves the right for final sales and any image and writing errors on the page, for example errors in the product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Born In Stockholm has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for an item that you have ordered, Born In Stockholm will of course notify you of this and wait for your approval of the corrected price before Born In Stockholm continues with the order. All image information on the page should be viewed exclusively as illustrations. Cancellation
A cancellation is not possible after your order has been processed and dispatched. In cases where the order has been completed, you as a customer must receive the order. If you do not receive your order, we have the right to charge you a fee of SEK 250.

Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter your correct e-mail address when placing your order and also be careful about typos when filling in your personal information. Save your order confirmation to facilitate possible contact with customer service. Your order confirmation is also valid as a warranty certificate. If you have not received this email within 3 working days, please contact our customer service. Please note that your order confirmation may end up in the spam folder. Orders placed on backorder have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks and cannot be canceled during this time.

Delivery and Transport
Estimated delivery time for items in stock is 2-5 working days. For goods that are not in stock, we have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks. If you would like a more precise delivery date for your specific order, please email us. During high season and at high load, delays can occur. You will automatically receive a confirmation of your delivery from us *info@borninstockholm.se* as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Packages are normally delivered to the nearest delivery point which must be redeemed within the time specified on the notification. Notification can take place via e-mail, regular mail and, if you have entered a phone number, also via SMS. If you do not pick up the package, we have the right to charge you a fee of SEK 450

AGREEMENT AND ORDER
In order to make a purchase via the Site, you must accept the Terms and Conditions. Complaint
