Where is my order?
When we have packed your order and it is ready for delivery, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided at the time of purchase. You can track your delivery using the link included in the delivery confirmation. Our orders are shipped with PostNord or DHL, depending on the option you have chosen. Please track your package on your local post website for your country. For an example, US customers who choose standard shipping will need to track their orders on USPS's website, Uk customers on The Royal Mail's website.
For standard shipping and items that are in stock:
Orders within Sweden typically take 1-3 business days. Orders within Europe usually take 3-7 business days depending on the country of delivery. Orders to the rest of the world typically take 7-14 business days depending on the country of delivery.
For DHL Express shipping:
For Europe it normally takes 1-2 days. USA 1-5 days and rest of the world 1-7 days.
For unclaimed packages, an administrative fee of 450 SEK (45 USD) will be charged. Unclaimed packages also include unopened packages that are returned directly from the postal service.
Backorders may take between 1-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the item. A backorder cannot be canceled until the item is delivered as it is specifically tailored for your order. If you wish to change the size of an already placed order on 'backorder,' you must inform us as soon as possible via email or our chat.
Where is my order / Delivery confirmation?
When you place an order with us you will receive an order confirmation to the email that you provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received any order confirmation, please check your Junk or Spam folder as the email may have ended up there.
When the order is ready for delivery, a delivery confirmation is sent to the email you provided at the time of purchase. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. Please note that if you have ordered with standard shipping you will need to track the package on your local post's website.

Can I change / Cancel my order?
If you wish to change your order, you must quickly contact us and inform us so we can see what we can do for your specific order. If your order has already been processed or a partial fulfillment of a backorder has begun, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. However, chat with us regarding your request, and we will do our best to assist you!
How often do you restock items and sizes?
Some of our items and sizes are limited. Make sure to order your favorites quickly, as there's nothing one regrets more than the things they didn't buy – right?
Many of our items are made to order, resulting in longer delivery times. We strive to have all sizes available for order most of the time. Our longest delivery time is 4 weeks
Can I use two discount codes at the same time??
Our discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Placing an order
When placing an order, you agree to the prices stated and displayed on the website. All prices are in Swedish Krona (or the currency you choose) and include 25% VAT. Shipping fees are not included in the prices and will be specified in the cart. To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old.
According to Swedish law, Born In Stockholm does not accept credit purchases under the age of 18. Born In Stockholm reserves the right to refuse or amend your order in specific cases (such as if you have provided false personal information and/or have payment remarks). Born In Stockholm reserves the right for final sale as well as any image and typographical errors on the website, such as errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices, price adjustments (such as changes in prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or incorrect information regarding whether a product is in stock. Born In Stockholm has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for a product you have ordered, Born In Stockholm will, of course, inform you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order.
All image information on the website should be viewed solely as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot guarantee to depict the quantity of goods you receive or the exact appearance, features, or origin of the product. Cancellation is not possible once your order has been processed and dispatched. In cases where the order has been processed, you must receive the order as the customer. If you do not accept the delivery, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 450 SEK (45 USD)
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation to your email address. Therefore, it is important that you provide the correct email address when placing your order and ensure accuracy in spelling when filling in your personal information. Please note that your order confirmation may end up in your spam folder. Orders placed on backorder have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks and cannot be canceled during this period.
Delivery and Shipping:
Estimated delivery time for items in stock is 1-5 business days within Sweden, 1-9 days within Europe, and 1-14 days for the rest of the world. Please note that this is an estimated time and not guaranteed. For items not in stock, we have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks. If you would like a more precise delivery date for your specific order, please feel free to email us. During peak seasons and high demand, delays may occur. You will automatically receive a confirmation of your delivery from us firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Packages are normally delivered to the nearest collection point and should be picked up within the time specified on the notification. Notifications can be sent via email, regular mail, and if you have provided a phone number, also via SMS. If you do not pick up the package, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 450 SEK
Agreement and order:
The right to complain covers goods that are faulty. If you discover a fault in a product, you as a customer should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the fault. Complaints made within two months of discovering the fault are always considered to have been made in time. We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product does not have an original fault or is not faulty. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
Orders made in another person's name without their consent are considered fraud. All suspected frauds are reported to the police.
When you shop with us, we protect your information using encryption. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a security protocol for secure data transmission over the internet (or other networks). The SSL protocol encrypts all information sent between the buyer and the seller.

Do customs fees apply?
Europe (EU countries):
Packages are sent locally within Europe, which means no customs fees apply. VAT is calculated and included at checkout for EU countries, so there are no additional fees upon arrival. The exception to this is Greece - customers in Greece will need to pay customs fees upon arrival.
USA and rest of the world:
Customs duties and/or taxes apply to countries outside the EU. Customs duties are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Born In Stockholm AB is NOT responsible for any customs fees or local taxes due to international transportation.
Please familiarize yourself with the regulations in your country as payment of these fees may be necessary to release your order. We would like to remind you that this also applies to customers from the UK.

Can I order to a different address than the specified billing address?
Yes! You can provide an alternative shipping address different from the one specified for the invoice. If we have questions about the address we will send you an email.
An item is missing from my order?
If you have ordered an item on backorder, please note that these items have a longer delivery time, typically 1-4 weeks. If an item is missing from your order, you should have been informed about it in your order confirmation included in the package. If, for any reason, you did not receive this information, please contact us via our chat, and we will assist you.
I got the wrong item - what should I do now?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please return the item to us for an exchange to the correct one (provided that the correct item is still available). If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund for the item. Please contact us via chat for assistance.
My order takes longer time than expected, what do I do now?
Sometimes delays may occur that are beyond Born In Stockholm's control, for which we are not responsible. If you have a delayed package, please contact the shipping company first with your tracking number as they will have the latest information. After this, customer service can assist you with any questions.
My package is lost - What to do now?
We encourage you to contact the carrier responsible for the delivery as soon as possible and provide your tracking number, as they will have the most updated information about the package. It is rare for packages to go missing, but they are often delayed, so please be patient. We would like to note that packages to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand often take extra time with standard shipping. If you still need assistance, please contact our customer service.
Unclaimed package - what happens now?
In the event that a package is not claimed or refused by the recipient for any reason, the carrier will return it to Born In Stockholm.
Consequently, a fee of 600 SEK (60 USD) will be deducted from your order total to cover the return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. Additionally, any packages returned to the sender due to an incorrect address at the time of ordering will incur a fee of 600 SEK (60 USD)
